Ricky Oliver Obituary
Ricky Chris Oliver, 50, local handyman, and a resident of Columbia, died Friday, September 19, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Lynnwood Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 10:00 AM until the service time at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Online condolences may be extended at www.oakesandnichols.com.
Born January 8th, 1975 in Columbia, TN, he was the son of the late R.C. Oliver and Christine Hendrix Oliver. Ricky loved to work on and admire cars. He was a big wrestling fan and wrestled with his brother at the Grand Slam Building until an injury. He loved everyone he came across. Ricky was a member of ACTS Christian Center Church.
In addition to his mother, Christine Oliver, Ricky is survived by his niece, Bethany Eells; Uncle, Jimmy (Wanda) Dean; and several cousins.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Rodney Clay Oliver, and Terry Ray Oliver.
Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
