Steven Utter Obituary
Friends may call on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Perkins-Ames Funeral Home in Gorham. A Funeral will follow calling hours at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Rushville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Pathway Hospice Home, PO Box 516, Seneca Falls, N.Y. 13148 or to Beverly Animal Shelter, 50 East River Rd., Waterloo, N.Y. 13165.
Steve was born on April 27, 1959 to Alta Tenyk Utter Carlson and the late Percy Utter. He was a hard worker, he worked for NYSEG as a meter reader, RL Bates Construction where he laid black top and most recently at BonaDent Dental Laboratory. Steve was an animal lover and also loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
Steve is survived by his daughter, Kelly Utter; son, Harlee Utter; 5 grandchildren; his mother, Alta Carlson; siblings, Paula, Gary, Stephanie, Carol and Jennie; as well as many cousins.
Steve was predeceased by his father; daughter, Teri Utter; son, Steven Nash Utter, Jr.; and a brother, Dan Stover.

Sending deepest condolences to Steven´s family. Remember our childhood days at Border City School and neighbors along that beautiful Bordercity stretch of road that we all. Still remember your sweet grandma and dad Percy. Always enjoyed running into you and reminiscing about Border City School and staying under the radar of the wrath of Mrs. Morris ! You were always kind to me and had a heart of gold. May you rest in Forever Paradise dear friend.

We got to know Steve when he worked at BonaDent. he was a perfect gentleman. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
