Abraham "Ron" Castillo, 83 years old, passed away July 17, 2021.
He was a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado for seventeen years and was born in Azusa, California on October 16, 1937 to John Castillo and Alora Castillo (née Sarate).
Abraham was a very willful, strong, and courageous man. He served in the United Sates Air Force and ended his service honorably. He, in one year of his life, ran ten marathons which included the Palos Verdes, California and New York Marathons. His favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing, visiting casinos, and studying about investing.
Ron was preceded in death by his son, Gary Sherman Castillo; and his parents, John and Alora Castillo.
Abraham is survived by his son, Dr. Steven A. Castillo; and his grandchildren, Steven Jacob Castillo, Hannah R. Castillo, and Hailee N. Castillo.
Private Inurnment, Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 Hancock Expressway, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
