Agnes Vanden Hoff Obituary

Agnes Vanden Hoff, age 92, a long time resident of Colorado Springs passed away on December 1, 2010 at a local care center. She was a homemaker. Agnes Dykstra was born on March 4, 1918 in The Netherlands. She was married July 23, 1953 to Anthony L. Vanden Hoff in The Netherlands. She came to the United States in 1956 and became a US citizen in 1961. Her husband Anthony passed away in 1996. She was a member of the Cragmor Christian Reformed Church. She is survived by her son, John Henry Vanden Hoff of Colorado and three grandchildren: Christine Noelle, Karen Michelle, and Christopher Jon Vanden Hoff. She was preceded in death by her husband, and her sister, Afke Bouma-Dykstra. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the Cragmor Christian Reformed Church, 1226 Acacia Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907. Cremation is planned and her ashes will be scattered in the mountains of Colorado. Memorials may be made to the church.
