Uncle Alan, Your passing was a shock to me and I do not forget the things you would tell me when I was little. I asked you one time how come I did not get to see you that much and you told me that it was because you were in the Air Force. I told you, "But Uncle Alan why does that matter?" You told me it was you could not tell anyone where you lived because it was a secret mission. Then there was the time when we were at an amusement park and I did not want to get on the ride called the flume. You talked me into it. Then not only did you talk me into it, but you made me sit in the very first seat. You promised you would hold onto me the hold ride and you did. Then I also do not forget how you got us back in touch with my sister when she was in Germany. You were, still are, and always will be an amazing man Uncle Alan. I love you and miss you so much.

I have known Alan since he was stationed at Hanscom AFB MA, working together from then until his recent retirement. A true asset to the Air Force whether in uniform or as a contractor. His knowledge, attention to details, his love for life. He was passionate about his work, his family, friends and co-workers. Alan will be so missed! I pray for comfort and strength for Tina and family. Blessings,

Look to me continually for help, comfort, and companionship. Because I am always by your side, the briefest gance can connect you with Me. When you look to Me for help, it flows freely from My Presence. This recognition of your need for Me, in small matters as well as in large ones, keeps you spiritually alive.
When you need comfort, I love to enfold you in my arms. I enable you not only to feel comforted but also to be a channel through whom I comfort others. Thus you are doubly blessed, because a living channel absorbs some of shatever flows through it.
My constant companionship is the piece de resistance: the summit of salvation blessings. No matter what losses you experience in your life, no one can take away this glorious gift.
Psalm 34:4
God Bless you. Ange

My deepest condolensces to Alan's wife, family and friends. Alan worked for me while serving in the AF at Hanscom AFB. He was a hard worker, a caring individual and always willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done or help those that were down. He was a great employee and friend. Alan - you were a great asset to the USAF, an awesome human being and you will be missed by many. God bless all.

My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to Tina, family, and to all who's lives were touched by Alan. My life was touched by Alan by his calls to the office for Tina and we would have light conversations always ending with laughter, or when he would visit the office he always had a kind word for everyone. And anyone that knew Tina knew Alan through the love they shared. Alan also made BEST DAMN HOT WINGS EVER! . . . Peace be with you. You will be missed greatly!
