Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 18th, 2019 in Canon City, Colorado.
Alan was born in London, England on February 14th, 1952 to Richard and Jean Rayman. He came to the United States as a young man and lived in Indiana throughout his school years. After school, he joined the United States Army and served in Vietnam. In Vietnam he was a dog handler, one of his greatest passions.
He met the love of his life Janice K. Vernon and they married on June 14th, 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona. They moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1978, settled in Fountain, Colorado in 1981 where they had their only child, a son Jason. They lived in Fountain for 35 years.

He loved cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with his family. He enjoyed exploring new places and just being with nature. He did achieve his final dream which was buying his dream home with Janice and was very happy before his passing. He will be missed more than words can express.
