Alfred Cormier Obituary

Alfred "Alfie" Cormier was born on September 8, 1940 and grew up on Plum Island, MA. Alfred loved baseball more than anything, but he also enjoyed basketball, golf, football and swimming. Alfred is survived by Dona and Dave Atwell, Nicole Tidwell, Tracy Brown, numerous nieces and nephews, and Ann Cormier (the widow of Alfred's twin brother, Edward Cormier). Alfred was preceded in death by his mother and father, Mary and Alfred Cormier, as well as his twin brother Edward, his sister Elaine and her husband Bob Adolph. Alfred passed away peacefully on April 2, 2007 in his home while surrounded by loved ones. Alfred touched and enriched many lives and he will be missed deeply. In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations will be accepted in Alfred's honor at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region located at 610 Abbott Lane Colorado Springs, CO 80905 (www.hsppr.org).
