Allen Cohen Obituary

Allen Cohen passed away on November 15, 2013. He was a resident of Colorado Springs for 40 years. Allen was born May 7, 1930 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania to Daniel and Sarah (Teicher) Cohen.

Allen was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Army. He was a dedicated soldier and very proud of his military career. In addition to his military service, Allen was also the owner and operator of a laundromat in Rustic Hills for 22 years.

Allen Cohen was the loving husband of Else H. (Ballreich) Cohen, who survives him. He is also survived by five sons: Richard, Jack, Danny, Steven, and Michael; and one daughter: Susan E. Cohen. He was the grandfather to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held for the family.
