Andrew Anderson Obituary

Andrew William Anderson, 44 of Colorado Springs, Colorado died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Bible Church in Bayard, Nebraska with Pastor Brad Kilhthau officiating. Interment will follow at the Bayard Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bayard Memorial Chapel. A memorial has been established to the Stroke Foundation. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.bbchapels.com. Andrew William Anderson was born in Decatur, Illinois on Dec. 17, 1963 to Andrew and Diane Anderson. He grew up in Illinois and Minnesota, and graduated from Crosby High School in Crosby, Minnesota. He attended Devry College in Chicago for a year before moving to Bayard, NE to be near his family. He joined the National Guard and served for two years in Gering, NE.! He married Deborah White on Aug. 16, 1986. In 1988 they moved to Tacoma, WA where Andy worked as a flooring installer. In 1998, Andy moved his family to Colorado Springs, CO where they currently reside. Andy earned an Associates Degree from Intellitech College in Colorado Springs and worked for BD Systems/SAIC at Peterson Air Force Base as a Systems Administrator. Andy died peacefully in his home. Andy is survived by his daughter, Brittany Anne, his son, Nicholaus Andrew, and his wife Debbie, all of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by his parents, Andrew and Diane Anderson of Bayard, NE, brothers, Anthony, of Carthage, NY, Richard and Darin Anderson of Portland, OR and Joseph of Bayard, NE, four sisters-in-law, and one brother-in-law. Andy was the beloved uncle of eight nephews and two nieces. Other survivors include his grandmother Edna Howard of Decatur, IL and lots of uncles, aunts and cousins.

I didn't know, Andy, but some how I ended up buying the home he passed away in. Very good vibes in his/my home. I feel as if I knew him and also feel he possibly visits from time to time.
An awesome guy and an awesome spirit.
Thank you for my/our home, Andy. I do my best to take good care of it:-)
