I worked with Deputy Huley at the EPSO Metro Jail in the late 1980s and I grew to love his witty and sometimes grumpy lovable self. His love and devotion to Herta was made of the stuff we all should aspire to be. It saddens me to lose him, but I believe he is with Herta and enjoying their memories together, in peace and restored health. Fly high Huley-Bird! We'll see you again on the other side :)

Worked with Huley in 1988 when he trained me in the jail at the Sheriff's office. He was a very kind man and shared a lot of knowledge with me. I remember that when I asked a lot of questions he would tell me to write them down and if I didn't learn the answer in 6 months he would answer the question.
