ANGEL WILLIAM TUNCAP JR.
October 29, 1951 December 11, 2020
Angel William Tuncap Jr. was a loving Father, Papo, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He was born in Dededo, Guam on October 29th, 1951. He passed away peacefully on December 11, 2020 at the age of 69 in his home. Angel was survived by his sons Angel, Lonnie (Felicia), daughters Vanessa (Miguel), Samantha (Ruben), Missy (James), Ashley, and Emily. He had 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army as a Vietnam War Veteran, who was awarded the Purple Heart during his services.
Angel spent most of his time with his family and friends, singing karaoke, bowling, playing darts, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and eating at the Big Train restaurant. He was reunited in death with his children Sirena, Andre, and Andrew, also his father Angel Sr., mother Fidela, and six siblings.
Angel was truly that, an Angel. He will be missed tremendously by all. We love you old man, fly high Pops.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Angel Tuncap. His fellow troopers of the 11th Armored Cavalry´s Veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia, salute our fallen brother and worthy hero. Angel served courageously with L Troop of the 3rd Squadron in 1970 and 1971, and it was our privilege to have him in the ranks of the Legendary Blackhorse Regiment. Our loss is that of another brother down and we will continue to honor his memory at our gatherings and at our annual reunion. Trooper Angel Tuncap was an exemplary soldier and had the utmost respect of his brothers-in-arms. His name will be listed on the roll of our honored dead and in our newsletter, Thunder Run. But as our Burial Liturgy clearly states: "life has not ended, merely changed" and Edmund´s soul continues on an endless path. As we were together then (in Vietnam), we will be together again in the life hereafter, comfortably enfolded in the loving arms of our Merciful Father.
