Anne Genevieve Harr

Anne Harr Obituary

November 30, 1919 - September 25, 2008 Anne was born in Calhan, Colorado on the family homestead to Frank and Anna O'Lear. Anne raised two families – At the age of 16 she left school to care for her ill mother. After she passed away, Anne cared for her father, older brother, and younger sister (all deceased). Then on March 1, 1941 she married the love of her life, Herb (deceased) and started her family of Carol Ann and Randy (wife Jody). Anne especially loved her grandson Rick who recently married Holly. She enjoyed playing the violin, gardening, and was an accomplished seamstress. Anne will be remembered for her unconditional love of her family; personal commitment to her heavenly father Jehovah and his son Christ Jesus; her spunk, spontaneity and love of the mountains. Memorial Service – Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 2:30 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4415 Buckingham Drive, Colorado Springs.
