Arrie Wade Obituary

Mrs. Arrie Lee Wade was born on March 28, 1952 to the late Mrs. Willie D. "Fannie" Edwards and the late Mr. Henry Edwards. She peacefully transitioned from her "Earthly Life into Eternal Rest" on January 24, 2026 surrounded by her loving family at HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. She was a graduate of Richardson High School class of 1970 and furthered her education at the Lake City Community College. Arrie was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Cecil Wade and together they shared a life rooted in faith, family, and perseverance.
Mrs. Arrie Lee Wade was preceded in death by her siblings; Mary Maude Lee, Rayfield Edwards, John Henry Edwards and McKinley Edwards.
Mrs. Arrie Lee Wade leaves to cherish her loving memories are her devoted husband Mr. Cecil Wade; her beloved daughter Cecilia Wade, her sons; Roderick Edwards (Lana), Travis Edwards (Michon), Cedrick Wade (Amanda), seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, her sister; Willie Mae "Bae" Jones, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Arrie Lee Wade will held on Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm January 30, 2026 at Cooper Chapel, 251 NE Washington Street, Lake City, Florida 32055. Celebrating Mrs. Arrie Lee Wade's Life and Legacy will be held on Saturday 2:30pm January 31, 2026 at Cooper Chapel. Interment will follow at Hope Henry Cemetery, 477 SW Carolyn Lane, Lake City, Florida 32024.
