Barbara was one of my favorite patients. The fist time I met her she came into my office because she had a corneal abrasion from cat food:)
She was a joy to have in our office and always brought us treats. We will miss her spunky sense of humor and nicknames she had for my entire staff. She is now reunited with her very best friend and soulmate.
She is now forever free to be the boss!

Barbara was a wonderful friend of my mother, Georgia Divine. Barb and Nina provided numerous occasions of transportation and inspiration, including mom in their fun adventures and many meetings supporting the Rainbow Girls' and Eastern Star throughout the state of Colorado. Rest in peace dear friend!

We offer our sincere condolences at this most difficult time. We knew Barb from Central and from her working at Camp Eberhart. She impacted many lives. May her memory be an inspiration to all who knew her.

Ms Emmons was a great teacher. She loved all her kids. She would always take my sons glasses when he came into class so she could clean them! RIP, Ms. E.

Barb was not only an inspiration for me becoming a teacher, but knowing her as a professional and seeing her so giddy with Nina was beyond what any could have asked for. Always laughing and full of joy. Her sense of humor was so wry and sassy. It will stay with all of her students forever. She touched all of our hearts and we thank her.
