Barbara Goodbar Obituary

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Barbara and Mr. Lee in 2023. Though our connection began through business, every time I crossed paths with her, I saw the strength, grace, and quiet wisdom of a woman who carried many beautiful stories within her.

I was proud to call her my landlord, but more than that, I was honored to share space with someone who had spent her life touching others, pouring into her community, and even stepping into a new industry like mine, with an open heart and genuine curiosity.

Though I didn´t know her personally, what I did get to witness was a woman rooted in love, motherhood, and devotion, a true life partner to Mr. Lee for over sixty years.

Rest peacefully, Mrs. Barbara.
Thank you for the small, yet deeply meaningful, part you played in my life these past two years.

Mrs. Goodbar was one of the sweetest neighbors living across the street from my family. She was adored by all of us, especially my Mom. She will be missed.

I am so deeply sorry for the loss of Barbra. She was a very dear friend and truly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. Her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit touched everyone around her, and she will be remembered with love always. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who were blessed to know

Mr and Mrs Goodbar were my neighbors growing up as a child. They treated our family w/ the upmost respect. Mrs Goodbar´s kindness was unmatched. I am now 27 years old and can vividly remember the Goodbars taking my cousin and I to get pie at village inn. May she rest peacefully.

The Goodbars are very kind & loving. Thank you for being my friend. Old Exchange Bank is where we all met years ago. Lee you will always feel her love!

My deepest condolences. Barbara was a wonderful woman who loved her family and friends fiercely. She was warm and welcoming and will be missed.
