I'll remember Barbara visiting when Laura Jean & I were caring for Helga Rostvit while the twins were overseas. She came with many beautiful cards and stamped with us for hours. She was a beautiful person inside and out.

Don, Karin, Donnie, Even knowing of Barbara's years of physical suffering it still came as a sorrowful shock to learn of her passing. May she forever rest in the peace of Our Lord.

Fondly remember your wedding in 1966 in Bay Ridge. Glad to learn Don and Barbara enjoyed 53 years of happiness and settled in Colorado Springs. Carolyn and I visited Pikes Peak in September 2015 and never imagined you were living so close by.

Prayers for the loss of your sweet Mother, Sharon. I remember having such a good time talking with her at the VSP hangar when she visited Kim in Abingdon. She was so kind and funny! May God hold her family in His arms to comfort them and give them strength as they say goodbye to her and keep them mindful of the joyous reunion with her in Heaven.

Barbara, or Baba to the grandchildren, was an inspiration to numerous people. I have known her for about 17 years. We were going to be birthday twins, but I decided to come out late. If I had to describe her life in word it would be...giving. She was a servant to others and lived her life making others happy. I will miss her very much and my prayers to her up in heaven.

Barbara var et fantastisk menneske som vi har kjent i et langt liv. Vi her i Norge vil savne henne veldig. ❤

Oh my gosh not sure where to begin..... one thing for sure she was like a mom to me. I spent alot of time at her house with Kim. So much laughter, fun, silliness, memories and love, some of the best times of my life. Plus all the trips and activities with the youth group. Beyond thankful! I was so blessed to have that experience in my life. One that I cherish in my heart with gratefulness. And friends for life with the family. Love you guys

Barbara was a dear, sweet friend who our family loved very much. We will miss her. She was talented, caring and such fun to know. She was also encouraging and stood by us during times when we experienced losses a month apart in our family.
