Barbara Walbridge Obituary

Barbara was born and raised in Conneaut OH the daughter of the late Ethel Wible and Clair Hall. She worked for the Conneaut AAA Club on Main Street for 25 years, as the Office Manager before she retired in 1990. Barb and Jack moved from Conneaut to Colorado Springs, CO in December of 1994 to be near her Daughter Debi and Grandson Shane. Her main hobby was quilting. Barb made hundreds of quilts all by hand!!! Enough for everyone in Conneaut!! Barb also loved to work in the yard, gardening and being a perfectionist in everything she did. Her past time was going to Cripple Creek, gambling with her husband Jack. They would sit at the same machine, side by side, and take turns pushing the button. On May 16th this is exactly where she had her brain aneurism (she was winning by the way) and did not recover. What a way to go!!! Maybe she had it planned this way.

Sister, Betty Lloyd of Cleveland Ohio

Brother, Willard Hall of Conneaut Ohio who passed away August 2012

Niece, Lori Mauer of Conneaut OH

Niece, Jo Anne Bly of Colorado Springs, Co

Her beloved canine grandkids Mini Butt, Deuce Ruben, Kilo, Hunter and Kalua who always protected her

Barb will be missed terribly. She touched a lot of people throughout her life with her kindness and willingness to help, especially with her family. We love you Barb...Wife... Mom...Grandma...Aunt...Sister

Cappadona Funeral Home in Colorado Springs, CO will provide the cremation. Barb will come home to be with her family again.
