Benjamin Eugene Cody,38, of Liberty Hill, TX died Sunday, September 20,2009 in Ouray, CO. Ben is survived by wife, Katharine A.Cody and children Kyle Austin Cody,9, and Katelyn Ashley Cody,5. Ben is also survived by sisters, Karyn Fults of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary Ann Jensen of Fargo,ND, Kathryn Carr of Witchita,KS, nephew James Patrick Cody and numerous family and friends. Ben is proceeded in death by brother Kyle Anthony Cody and his parents.Born in Leadville, Colorado February 20, 1971 to Benny Gene and Patricia Ann Cody, he moved to Colorado Springs with his family in 1979. He later moved to Denver where he started his family, then moved to Texas in 2007. He was a very loving Dad to his children and shared with them his love of dirt bikes and the outdoors. Memorial Services will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2700 E. University Avenue, Georgetown, TX. on Friday,September 25,2009 at 7:15 pm.
