Ben was a wonderful friend. He was so great to be around, all the time in a great mood. I used to take him a birthday cake every year to the post office! He was my good friend too, and I will miss him.

Ben was very special to me. We shared many pleasant hours volunteering for the NAACP.
May he rest in peace!

Ben has been greatly missed since he retired from the Postal Service. He was a sensitive man with a very big heart. His sense of humor was unrelenting and his love for the people will always continue. He was a brave individual to endure so much! God knows that he was one of the good ones and so he took him to continue his good deeds.
