I knew Beth as a fellow educator in Jeffco, and so valued her kind spirit. When I became a grandmother to twins (a boy and girl) two years ago, Beth shared wisdom and humor from a personal perspective. I can't imagine your pain, and have had you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Beth's passing. I didn't know Beth very long, having just started as a new member of the Slater staff in August. But from the first moment I met Beth, she made me feel welcome. I am grateful that I got to know Beth, and work along side of her, even for a short time. My thoughts are with you.

When I left St. Mary's in 1994 to move to Germany, Beth and I would write to each other. In a new place and missing Colorado, Beth helped make the transition easier. Her kindness made a big difference in a strange, new place. I was not surprised to see St. Patrick's filled with people with similar stories yesterday. Farewell, Beth....we'll see you again in God's Kingdom.

Beth is an amazing educator who touched the lives of so many children and adults alike. As her colleague, I will remember her beautiful smile, witty sense of humor and amazingly positive attitude. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I am at a loss of words. This is just a tragic loss. Your care and love for kids with special needs was amazing. Your passion to push all your colleagues to aim to their highest potential was tremendous. I will miss our walks at Wash Park and conversations about education trends. God Bless.

Though my heart breaks for you, Maureen, I am thankful that you have a strong faith and a large and loving family to comfort and support you. You are such a beacon of light and I have no doubt Beth had that same light and it is shining down on you now. Aunt Loretta, I know you are carrying the sorrow not only of your loss but of a daughter's grief and I pray that you find comfort through your faith and in the knowledge that you created a family that overflows with a stronger bond and greater love than any family I have ever known.

Unfortunately we know of the unspeakable pain of losing a child, one who stole your heart forever, but you must know that Beth now exists in indescribable amazing beauty, joy and peace. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for your unconditional support and counsel. Over the years, we processed our challenges and successes during coach meetings. Thank you for seeking me out during each and every coach meeting, if only to give me a hug. Our conversations at lunch and in our trainings were a high point. When I think back at all my school days, Beth was there. We played under the bleachers, ran up and down courts & laughed. My heart is breaking for your siblings and mom. Our last conversation, we spoke if how much missed our dads. Give him a big hug sweetie. I love y'all

Beth was such a gentle spirit with a ready smile for everyone at the school where we taught. She had a gift for encouraging others and was dearly loved by her students. Her influence will live on through those she touched in her daily life.

Beth, I can't believe that you are truly gone. (Our mother's gave birth in the same hospital only 8 days apart). You are like a "candle in the wind." You left this Earth well before your time to go.

I will always remember her kind heart. She always had a smile on her face. Gone but not forgotten. Heaven must have needed an angel.

Beth was one of those people who was kind to everyone. I don't think she had a mean bone in her body. Prayers to her family for this precious life lost.

Beth always had a smile on her face and always greeted me in the halls of Saint Mary's High School. The last time I saw her was at her graduation, but that does not matter for her kind heart and bright smile, stayed with me and encouraged me to pay it forward. And I will continue to pay it forward. My prayers are with the Renninger Family.

Beth was a wonderful spirit. She helped us grow in high school and in college. She will forever live in all of us through her kind spirit, her words of wisdom, and how she taught all of us to live and love.
