We had some wonderful times when Grandma came to see us in Fernley, NV visiting Pyramid Lake and playing with her great granddaughter, Jordan. Recently, she was able to spend quality time playing with her second great granddaughter, Chloe. Those girls love and adore their GG and will miss her terribly. I will cherish those memories with Grandma forever. We will miss her.

My mother gave me life and raised me with emphasis on standards and qualities that have stayed with me and benefited me. I loved her and I will miss her.

I was saddened to read of Betsey's passing. Having been a collegue of hers at Howbert Elementary School for several years, her love of good literature and teaching was obvious. She was the quintessential librarian as she encouraged her students to become better readers and learners. Years later as a volunteer, no longer needing to be a disciplinarian, she was able to become more "grandmotherly" as she laughed and talked and read with the children. She was a wonderful lady.
