I did not know Betty well, but in walking my dog past her home, we would chat about many things. I am sorry to lose her, as she was such a charming and caring woman. She was an inspiration to me as I too am a widow, and she was able to show me that life really does go on. My condolences to the family, as I know she will be missed.

When I met Betty, I knew she could be my mother's sister. Mom lived in CO at the time, but she & Betty became close friends through many phone calls over the years. I will miss her smile & joy for life, her love for Jesus, and her love for singing in the church choir. Two of her favorite songs were "It is Well With My Soul" and "Victory in Jesus." It is now truly well with her soul, and she is experiencing joyous victory WITH Jesus!
