Betty Jane McAllister Oct. 18, 1929 - Oct. 24, 2014 Longtime Resident of Richmond, California. Passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Betty was born on October 18, 1929 in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from East High School with honors. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 62 years, Robert, her son David (Debbie) McAllister of American Canyon, daughters Laura McAllister of Richmond, Carol (Tom) Brikovich of Rodeo. Grandchildren Stefania and Andrew Brikovich of Rodeo, Courtney and Daniel McAllister of American Canyon. She also leaves behind friends who she helped raise as children. Betty also belonged to numerous clubs and organizations in the area. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Wilson & Kratzer, 455 24th Street, Richmond, CA. Services are being held Friday, October 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, 1845 Church Lane, San Pablo, CA. Interment will be at St. Joseph Holy Angels Cemetery, San Pablo, CA.
