Beulah Louvenia Carter
February 17, 1932 - January 29, 2018
Beulah Louvenia Carter, 85 passed away on January 29, 2018 in Colorado Springs, surrounded by her loving family. Beulah was born on February 17, 1932 in Warrensburg, Missouri, to the union of Lee and Beulah (West) Hardin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Davis A. Carter; a son, Vincent A. Carter and 7 siblings.
Beulah was a resident of Colorado Springs for 62 years and also resided in Fort Riley, Kansas, and Kansas City, Kansas. She enjoyed Bowling, Gambling, but her true passion was spending time with her children. She also served on the Usher and Mother Board at her church.
Beulah leaves to cherish her memory her four daughters, Belinda J. Walker, Marie I. Carter, Jean Marie Carter, Sheila Ann McCray, Grandchildren, Michael L. Alexander, and Shawnte Nicole Warden, Brandon Riian Upchurch, and one sister, Bonnie Fears, and several loving friends.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors located at 1104 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 5485 Alegre Drive, Fountain, Colorado, 80817. Burial will follow the service at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

My heart goes out to Beulah's family. I worked with Beulah at the Fort Carson Dental Activity in the late 1970's. She was always a joy to be around - loved life to the fullest. Beulah will be missed.
