Beverly Lee Obituary

Beverly E. Lee November 19, 1933 - July 11, 2006. Our Mother The last of life, for which the first is made, our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother is eternally shared with our Lord. Gary Sparling, July 11, 2006. Beverly Elaine Lee, valiantly fought her last battle with cancer on July 11, 2006. May she rest peacefully with our Lord and join those who have preceeded her in death: father Ross Harrison, husband Jack Lee, first husband Wes Sparling, and other close family and friends. Beverly's family was her life. She is survived by her mother, Anna May Harrison; brother and sister-in-law Tom and Edith Harrison - San Manuel, AZ; sister Joan Stone - Pueblo, CO; her children Clayton and Diane Lee - Garden City, KS; Cindy Sparling - Portland, OR; from Colorado Spgs- Gary and Diane Sparling, Trisha Denton, Terry Lee; Jeff Lee - Lafayette, IN; Jim and Georgetta Lee-Hartford City, IN; Janabeth Vibbert - Glaskow, KY. Beverly is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; Kendra Stoppel, Karyn Lee, Sundance and Dusty Carr, Shandell Gallardo, Matt and Chad Sparling, Lindsey and Hannah Denton, Jeremy and Justin Lee. Beverly lived long enough to hold and hug her six great-grandchildren. In addition, she has a special place in her heart for her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Beverly was a manager of Food Services for District 11 since 1978. Her school children brought a smile and a story for us daily, and friendships along the way have remained with her for her life. Her interests included: her sewing circle buddies, her swimming buddies, the "Soggy Water Babies ", scrap-booking, family gatherings, all of her collectibles, but, most of all, shopping! We cannot give enough thanks to Beverly's guardian angels, who have taken her every step of the way through her illness, and have been good friends for many years, Mary and Phil Stamper. The incredible nursing staff at Pikes Peak Hospice have our gratitude and admiration for the exemplary care, concern, and love that they have shown to Beverly and her family. Beverly, we love and miss you. You will always be in our hearts. You are "simply the best" Visitation Saturday, July 15, 5:00-7:00 p.m., Memorial Gardens 3825 Airport Rd. I will miss Beverly very much. But she will be in my memories for ever. Beverly was such a special person to me. We had some very nice talks and she was so kind and generous and would help anyone she could. She is finally at peace and with God by her side. She will be watching out for her family even though she is with God. I'm so sorry for your loss but Beverly is at peace now and not having to suffer anymore. She is at peace in a better place. She will be looking down on you and you will know she is still with you forever.

I will remember Beverly with a very warm place in my heart for all her years of friendship to our family. My deepest sympathy to the Lee and Sparling families. May your faith, and the support of those around give you comfort.

My sympathy goes out to all the family. But know that Beverly is in good hands with her creator. Beverly was a good friend of my mother and she loved her very much and after my mother passed away she always kept in touch with my sister and I. She was always a joy to be around I will never forget her laughs she has brought to us. And Trisha, I love you and am here any time you need me. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all on Monday, I am just so sorry I will not be able to make the funeral. In God's love. Dottie

Our sympathy goes out to the Lee and Sparling families. It comes with great sadness for me to know that another old friend has left us. But I also know that she is with God and all is well.

May the Lord be with you all today and always.
