Branden was a big brother to my younger two children, talking to them, listening to them, and giving his time. Spending time and listening to each other is one thing we all can learn and share with each other. My prayers and love goes out to his sisters, his grandfather, his aunts and uncles, and his cousins.

Brandon was kind. His compassion towards others and understanding was shown when he graciously allowed my mother to say goodbye to her dying brother over the phone. My mom really needed that closure and it was an incredible form of compassion for him to do so when he himself was hurting so much. Brandon was loved by his cousins, as we love you all as our cousins. He will be missed. Thinking of all of you and praying.

Your "big" sister

Dear brother, I long for what could have been:

In a forest scarred by fire, some trees remain. Somehow, they rise above. Above the scorched bark, where fresh foliage thrives, on healthy joyful branches. At the tree top is the splendor of new growth, stretching it to newer heights.
