Brenda Jung Obituary
Brenda graduated from Glen Rogers High School in 1960. After graduation she worked at the Equitable Life Insurance Company in Washington, D.C. She then worked as a head teller at National Bank of Wyandotte, in Michigan; an Assistant Cashier at Bank of Oceania in Oceania, West Virginia; and Senior Commercial Loan Technician for US Bank in Minneapolis, Minnesota before she retired in 1998.
She leaves behind her devoted husband of 54 years, John A. Jung and her beloved son, Jon-Michael Jung and his partner, Brendan Barry of Los Angeles, California. Family and friends were extremely important in her life.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 3pm at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs followed by a reception at her home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

John and Michael, Brenda was one of my dearest friends. Even though there were many miles between us, there was still a great connection in our hearts, from a friendship that started as co-workers at the bank. I will always have the wonderful memories she has left with me. I will be praying for you. Love much.

Our sympathies to the Jung family. Brenda will be greatly missed. Brenda was always so compassionate and always thinking of others. Always enjoyed getting together at Uncle Ed and Aunt Clara. I still remember when John and Brenda brought Micheal out to my mom and dads farm (Al and Helen), for them to meet him. Very proud parents.
