Salvatore
Gates: Sunday, May 26, 2013, at age 87. Predeceased by his brother, Emanuele D'Ambrosio; sister, Maria D'Alonzo. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Angela D'Ambrosio; children, Nicholas D'Ambrosio, Rosemarie (Luciano) Giordano; grandchildren, Giovanni Giordano, Amy Giordano (fiance, Jonny Jovcevski) and Angela Giordano; sisters, Yolanda Petruzzi and Margherita Palmesano of Italy: sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Iolanda Nacca of Italy, Maria and Biagio Caprio of Germany; many nieces and nephews. Mr. D'Ambrosio was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co.
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Friday morning, May 31, friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Theodore's Church. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, NY 14626 in his memory.
