Caitlin, It's been years since we've seen each other, and I just heard. I wish we had kept in better contact. It seems like not that long ago we were playing Star Wars in your basement and performing a fake wedding for our brother and sister. Rest in peace, honey.

Pat, we're so glad Caitie found you and you were able to spend the time together that you had. You're an amazing young man and we're sure your family is proud of you. Thank you for being there for Jess, it gives her great comfort to talk to you. In the midst of your own grief, you help to comfort others. We're so sad for the reason that brought us to Mass., but we are so glad we got to meet you and your special family. Know that you are always in our thoughts and prayers. Dearest Carol, Jay, Collin & Patrick,
Not a day goes by and I see your beautiful amazing Catie. She grew into an incredible young woman.
The love and compassion she shared with her family & friends, is a very special treasure. Catie will be in our hearts forever.
Now she is a shining star. We should all be more like Sweet Catie.
.
If I may say, the service at New Testament Church was incredible, the tears would not stop but I felt the presence of God was there for all of us. I thank you for sharing Caties life with all of us.
With Heartfelt Love,

Caitlin,
I thank God that I was able to babysit you the summer you turned four.We had so much fun together and grew so close. I thought that my heart was going to break when you, Jay and Carol moved to Massachusetts. I have been listening to old recordings of you on a tape I have and it brings back wonderful memories. Like when we used to play doctor and when you used to make mud pies for me to eat. Or when I tried to scare you with some creepy Halloween teeth and you just put your hands on your hips and said "Go brush your teeth". What a beautiful young women you turned out to be. You lived your life to the fullest and showed great judgment in the friends and fiance you had. Thank you so much for some of the best moments in my life and I can't wait to see you again in heaven.

Caitlin was my precious niece. I feel so blessed to have been able to care for her in my home daycare when she was just a little one. She was so adorable and all the daycare kids loved her. When I look back at those pictures of her as a baby and toddler, I can't believe she is not with us here on earth anymore. I was heartbroken when Caitie, Jay & Carol had to move from Colorado Springs to Mass. for Caitie's health. But God was preparing many special friends and experiences for her. As I read these entries on this website, there is no doubt in my mind that Caitie touched everyone she met in a special way. The way she excelled at everything she did is so inspiring to me. I will always treasure the times she and I would instant message online, text, and talk on the phone. I always admired her strength, desire, and drive to do all the wonderful things she did. I will always treasure the last visit we had with Caitie last month. She spent the nights at our house and we loved having her here, we only wish it could have been longer. I will never forget the hugs we shared at the airport as she flew back to Florida, I didn't want to let her go. Thank you, Caitie for reminding us all to live in the moment and enjoy the gift of each new day. As my family on earth continues to get smaller, my Heavenly Family just added a very special member and I can't wait to see her again. All my love to you Caitie, may you rest in peace. Love, your Aunt Sheral. <3 <3 <3 xoxo

To Our Sweet Caitlin - Jay(my Brother) ,Carol, and Collin, I loved every moment we had with you from the day you born. I celebrate your amazing life each and every day. When my own daughters need advice I just ask What would Caitie do ? and before I can finish saying this my girls get back on track. She had a gift that continues to give to all the lives that she touched. I am so very comforted that she is waiting for the rest of us to join her in Heaven. Her recent visit to C
olorado was such a blessing to our families and I will cherish it forever. I feel your love for our family with the warmth of the sun on my face. When the gentle breeze blows you remind me to keep going . If we all had just 1% of Caitie 's caring ,compassion, and abundace of love to serve and make a difference Peace and Harmony would dance away all hurt, sadness , and pain of this earth.Thank you for making this a better world and me a better person . Dear Caite,
I will always remember the fun times that we had at Shaw's in Mansfield. Those were the days. I'm sorry that you couldn't go with me to go see Kenny Chesney. I know that you would of had a great time. You were one of the few friends of mine who actually liked country. I will miss you. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

To the St. John family,Collin and Patrick
Words cannot properly express the sadness I share in the passing of Caitlin. It was a privilege to know her and care for her these many years. She was indeed a very special person and touched many lives in a very positive way. It is this legacy that will live on as we remember her. The world is diminished by her loss but heaven is richer and brighter. I always struggle to accept the loss of one so young yet I believe in a loving God and that our short lives on earth are just the beginning. I pray that your faith and love for each other will help heal the void left by Caitlin's passing. My favorite hymn has always helped me with these troubled times:
Be not afraid
I go before you
Come follow Me
And I will give you rest
Please know that we all share in this loss and are here always to help and support you.May God welcome Caitlin into Heaven and be with you in your time of need.

Carol, Jay, and Collin,
The loss happens in time, in fact in a moment, but its aftermath lasts a lifetime. Grief is like that. It comes and goes. Sneaks up on a person when you least expect it. It has mountains to climb. It has long, lonely stretches of flat road that require perseverance. And it has valleys where you may find comfort - through friends, good memories, and that “peace that passes all understanding”. Caitlin lives on in spirit and in you and in all those lives she touched. God bless you all in this time of sorrow.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. St. John, Collin, Patrick and Family~
We met Caitie in June and she very quickly became such a special part of our family as she provided wonderful, loving care for our son. Kaden's eyes would light up everytime he saw Caitie. Her beauty and love of life radiated throughout everything she did. We are so honored to have met such an amazing, talented angel and she will forever live in our hearts.

St John family,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Though I never met Caitlin, my sister, Tanya Weinberg, spoke so highly of her. It has been upsetting for my family and I to have Tanya, Peter and Kaden so far away from us in Florida. Tanya speaks often at how blessed she was to have met your daughter. Her toddler son, Kaden, instantly fell in love with her and Tanya and Peter instantly felt peace after Caitlin enterred their lives. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Your daughter has touched all our lives.

Caitie was someone who always tried to make people happy, no matter what was going on with her. She loved her family and friends with all of her heart, and she will be missed always. It is such a big loss to everyone, including our CCHS class of 2006. Caitie is an inspiration to all of us, she somehow helped me make it through AP European History senior year with a smile on my face, and I will always remember her for her strong beliefs and compassion. My strongest, deepest sympathy to her family and friends. We love and miss you Caitie.

Caitin was such an impressive young girl. We met in Estero, Fl, after she answered an ad to babysit my children. Being a single mom, with no family in FL., my two boys, Mason (6) and Preston (5) are such a hanfull.
In walks this petite, very pretty girl with a gentle demeaner. I thought to myself, "yea, right. I give this one day."
Caitie was my babysitter for all my overnight travel, a few times a month, while I was in Estero. I trusted her more than I could ever exlain. My 16 year old niece died and I flew out the next day to Texas for 7 days. This 19 yr old girl, dropped everything and came to my rescue. She was my boys complete caregiver, school, homework, baths, meals, EVERYTHING! I remember calling her thanking her over and over for being so trustworthy and responsible. My boys and I adored her.
Patrick, she spoke of you so often. She truely loved you.
To her parents, I can't believe what an amazing job you did in raising this girl. She was remarkable. I feel so much saddness for you.
Caitlin, you are with my Kindle. Thank you for letting us know you. We love you Caitie. Please help me to be more like you.
