Carl my best man-friend and riding partner, I will miss you. We both loved music, riding and travel. Our shared adventures will always bring light to my days. I know although your earthly body is gone, that you are watching over me and will always be a part of my life.
Carl always knew how to bring a smile to my face, be it in an unexpected stop at a zoo where I could pet Tigers or in the unexpected excitement of letting me ride his new Harley. I always felt such joy every time we connected. He was always the sun shining thru the clouds and if one needed an Elvis fix he was always more then willing to give you a song. When we spoke, although miles and countries apart, I always felt like he was sitting right next to me ready to give a big ole friendly bear hug. His passion for his family, his devotion and love for Marlene was unwavering. Everyday on the road would mean several stops so he could try and reach Marlene. It was wonderful to be in the presence of that kind of devotion and it makes one a true believer in Love. I am fortunate and very blessed that he called me friend. I will miss him more then words can say.

I think I have the right Carl Bauer. I took care of him when he was little . He & my son were the same age and good friends. We lived in Stratton Meadows.
If I have the wrong Carl you still have my deepest sympathy in your loss.
