Carl Edwin Woodruff

Carl Edwin Woodruff, 100, passed away on April 26, 2018. He was born on May 10, 1917. He married Agnes Marie Asher and they were Sealed for time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1964. Carl honorably served in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. He enjoyed HAM radio operation and family research. Carl was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in both Colorado Springs and Del Norte.
Carl is survived by his daughter Lucy (Lyle) Tuoti of South Fork, 10 grandsons and many great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Agnes, his son Lawrence Woodruff as well as his grandchildren, Brandon and Mitchell Tuoti.
A burial service will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at Memorial Garden Cemetery in Colorado Springs. To express condolences to the family, please visit www.rogersfunerals.com

Carl was always a very quiet, soft spoken friend. I remember him, Agnes, and Lucy very well from First Ward, Colorado Springs! My condolences to Lucy and her family! God bless!

Goodbye, dear friend! It was a pleasure to know you and your family. I think of you every time I drive by your old home here in Colorado Springs. I know you are having a grand time with Agnes again!! Love to you and your family!!!!
