CAROL "LIZ" ELIZABETH (HALTENHOFF) DOOLITTLE
1960

Liz Doolittle, loving wife and mother to two young men, was reunited with our Savior on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Liz was born in St. Ignace MI in 1960 and passed away in Clear Creek County, Colorado.
Liz married her high school sweetheart, Ron who survives her as well as sons Brandon and Tyler. She is also survived by her sisters Pam Barnaby and partner Tom Hindert, Lora and husband and Tim Purdy, brothers Barry and wife Bette Haltenhoff, Jeff Haltenhoff, Mark and wife Lori Haltenhoff, brother-in-law Tom and wife Stacie Doolittle and brother-in-law Jay DeJonge as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Liz was preceded in death by her parents Charles Edwin & Harriett Jean Haltenhoff and her sister Karen DeJonge.
Liz was a devoted wife and mother. Although initially shy and reserved, Liz could light up a room with her warmth and infectious smile. She was always a great listener and supporter. She was the family glue, rock and confidant of her children and is dearly missed.
A celebration of life and remembrance service will be held at Family of Christ Lutheran Church, 675 Baptist Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 on Saturday February 27th at 10:00 AM MST with Pastor Mark Moreno officiating. The service will also be livestream at; http://tinyurl.com/1pm0sfdi
