Miss Carol,
I remember the time Vivian and I invited you to go fishing. You had a previous engagement that day and you were unable to attend, however, you asked us to bring you some fish. After we returned from fishing, we filleted three plump Rainbow Trout, seared them to a golden brown, sautéed cauliflower and green beans. We also whipped up a Key Lime pie for dessert. We didn't think you could put away two Rainbow Trout fillets; we were wrong. That afternoon, we dined and embarked upon many spirited conversations. You will always be remembered, as you touched our hearts immensely.

You were such a joy to meet. I distinctly remember a few occasions where we sat and laughed for hours about anything and everything. You truly knew how to live life to the fullest. I will miss your spunk and charisma.

Miss Carol,

We enjoyed so many social events with you such as going to dinner and to the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. I remember you especially liked The Red Violin. We are flooded with fun and funny memories such as summer picnics watching Annie attack Tank, a dog twice her size! You had a way of transforming ordinary events, like a Bronco's game or watching Property Brothers TV show into elegant occasions. Your wisdom and strength will live on in our hearts and minds encouraging use to go farther, love deeper, while transforming, for the better, everything and everyone you touched.
