Carolyn Osborne Obituary

Cari was born in Colorado Springs on May 25, 1961 and grew up in Black Forest. She lived in Colorado Springs. She was welcomed into heaven on December 30, 2007. Cari was a loving and devoted wife and mother and a cherished daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Cari had a passion for people who were struggling. She often opened her home to those in need. She worked determinedly as a paralegal for many years helping people who had been injured on the job. She was exceptional at her work and has always put others' needs before her own. She leaves behind her husband John (Ozzie) Osborne, her three children Jon, Bob and Kate; her mother, Evelyn French and her siblings, Mary Beth French, Michael French, Joan Sharpe, Ann French, Jim French, Claire Baggett and Chris French, her grandchildren, Skyler Carolyn Osborne and Ashlyn Metais and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Cari's father, Robert French precedes her. A memorial mass will be held at Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 8th at 9:00 am. A reception to celebrate Cari's life will follow.

I met Cari many years ago and had the privilege of working with her until our paths took us in different directions. I have always known that my success in the legal world was formed by Cari. She taught me so much. She was incredible and always an inspiration to me. We laughed and had fun but always got the work done. I count it a privilege to have known her. I know she loved Ozzie and the kids so very much. They were her pride and joy. Family was the world to Cari. I know she will be missed.
