We would be on opposite sides of town working. Cecil would call me and say let's do lunch. Some times it would take 45 minutes to meet him. Never complained just waited. Lunch conversations worth the trip

On behalf of myself and the Maintenance Department at the United States Postal Service, I would like to offer our condolences to all family and friends of Cecil. Cecil was an outstanding and dedicated member of the Maintenace Department and the American Postal Workers Union. He has touched the lives of so many and will be dearly missed. Rest in Peace Cecil.

My sympathy goes out to Cecil's wife Carla and family. Always sad to learn of a fellow Norwich Alumni and Air Force officer passing to be with Our Father. As a resident of Colorado Springs, I am sorry we never crossed paths and as an Alumni of Norwich, class of 1975 we would have had much to chat about. Also, as a fellow Air Force Missileer, Malmstrom AFB, 564th SMS, we would have all that to share also as our systems were the same.
God Bless and may his memories keep a smile on your faces and warmth in your hearts.

Cecil was a great person. He came to our hockey games religiously and was a great supporter at our games. I am very sorry for your loss. And wish you the best in these trying times for your family.

Cecil will be truly missed.I had the opportunity of knowing him as I took care of his dad for 4 years. There is so much I could say about this man, this wonderful man but it would take a book. Gone but not forgotten. He treated me like family and I will always love him like family.
