Charlene CASANOVA Obituary

CASANOVA, Charlene "Charlie"

Former West Covina resident and
recently retired homemaker, Charlene Casanova, devoted wife to Ed Casanova passed away after a six year bout with Pulmonary Fibrosis, on August 16, 2013 in Palm Springs California.

Born Charlene Ann Hildreth in Long Beach, California, Charlene was raised in Hollydale, California, and graduated from Paramount High School.

Recently retired as a homemaker, to Palm Springs where she took up her lifelong passion of painting, inspired by the great natural beauty of the desert.

Mrs. Casanova's four children are all graduates of West Covina High School, her tireless involvement in civic affairs included service as room mother for all of her children's classrooms, and working as a volunteer at the West Covina Youth Center in Cameron Park. Charlene also served as the Recreation Leader at the West Covina Senior Center.

Her joyful disposition and her trademark smile illuminated every room she entered and made light work of any project she undertook.

She is survived by her husband Ed, daughters Nichole, and Edica, sons Anthony, and Michael (who is a WCHS ROTC graduate currently serving with the United States Air Force), her parents Edward and Francis JeAnne Hildreth, her sisters Carol and Tracy, her brother, Gary, and her adoring grandchildren, Alexander, Nathan, and Anthony.

My heart and prayers reach out to all her friends and family. She was and is a true "earthangel". To have known Charlie is to have known true goodness. While her earthly presence shall be grieved and missed, her spirit shall live on in all of us who carry her light in our hearts. So shed your tears and wipe your eyes, then open your hearts and share her light?? Love to you all from Vicki

I am so sad to hear this news. I went to high school with Anthony and Edica and I worked with Charlene many years ago at the Senior Center. She was always so sweet and so lively and vibrant. Her smile was contagious. She always made it known how much she adored her beautiful family. My deepest condolences to the Casanova family. My sincerest prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Infinity Or Time

What is Time?

Does it start some where and end some where else?

If there is a word called Infinity, does this mean that time never stops?

Does time start at one's birth possibly?

With birth, I am sure comes death, is this the end of time?

Infinity, is there such a thing?

In heaven I will find Ever Lasting Life, might this be Infinity as some have described?

Never ending life.

Never ending time.

For ever and ever.

Infinity Time.

Where does it start?

Where does it end?

Time Infinity.

See You in Heaven

You are such a beautiful person
