Charles Kent Clawley, 71, passed away on Tuesday June 1, 2022 in Colorado Springs, CO. Charles was born to Caroline Amanda Gray Clawley and Charles Joseph Clawley in Clay Center, Kansas. He is survived by his brother, Roger Clawley, his wife Anne Clawley, and his two nieces Catherine Clawley and Christine Clawley.

Charles led a life filled with adventure as he traveled the world apprenticing as a camera operator/videographer with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and the Transcendental Meditation organization. He then worked for KCSI TV station in Santa Monica for over 20 years, as well as on other major projects throughout LA and Hollywood. Throughout his life, he practiced and remained a student meditation, yoga, spirituality, consciousness, and continued to be curious about life's mysteries. He was also an avid motorcyclist, talented mechanic, and a dog lover. After relocating to Colorado Springs, he worked as a jib-owner/operator filming major entertainment events, concerts, music videos, church events, and military graduations.

For many that knew him, he always valued and honored his connection to his family, friends, and ancestors. He also acted as a full-time caregiver for his mother, Caroline Clawley in her final days.
