Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10:00 am at Dove Witt Family Mortuary. Committal with military honors will follow at Pikes Peak National Cemetery at 1:00 pm

I just heard about Charlie's passing and was very saddened by the news. I worked with Charlie out at Schriever at the MDA and he was one of the best people that I have had the pleasure of knowing. May he rest in peace.
