I just saw this and I am so sorry to learn of his passing. I knew Charles and Rose when we lived in Hallock, Mn. Charles and Voneelya were just little.

I miss Uncle Charles. He was so attentive, caring and helpful to everyone, (not just family.)
He never complained. His sisters Rosie and Phyllis looked forward to his phone calls. So did I.

I will miss Uncle Charles so much. He was a great uncle. He was the best father, husband, brother, son, neighbor, and friend. To quote a much over used expression, he would really " give you the shirt off of his back", no questions asked.
All of us who were honored to know Charles on our earth will truly miss him. Heaven and all of his loved ones who have passed before him will be anxiously awaiting his jubilant arrival.
I love you Uncle Charles.
