We heard of Charles death from Lynn and Stella. It leaves a sad hole in our hearts. What a dear person, always with a smile on his face. You guys were a treasure to have for neighbors and friends when we lived in the Springs.

Helga and family, I was so sorry to hear about Charlie's passing. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I first got to know him him when I worked in Colorado Springs and then kept running into him in Cripple Creek. I just want to let you know how sad I am and that I wish you all great comfort in knowing how much he was thought of by everyone who knew him.

Dear Trafton Family...I was so sorry to hear about Charles. I remember him more as a boy who enjoyed life and playing pranks. I know he grew into a solid man and one who was loved always. My sincerest sympathies to each of you. Glynda (Bishop) Bentley
