Paul and Jan Tubiolo
What I remember most about our childhood was that Charlie was very outgoing and always a cut-up when we were growing up. He looked at life as a challenge and dared what the rest of us were afraid to do. Both of our most cherished memories of Charlie are his bubbling good humor and positive outlook on everything. He enjoyed his life and that joy was infectious. We'll miss him.
