Charlotte Mueller Obituary

I have very fond memories of Charlotte growing up in Glen Alum. I was a friend of her sister Sarah and spent a lot of time in the Scott home. I see she carried that wonderful smile all through her life. My deepest sympathy for her loving family and brother Jack

I am so sorry to hear of Charlotte's death. I count myself very lucky to have been one of her childhood friends. It is so nice to read the wonderful memories that everyone has of Charlotte. Evidently she carried that beautiful smile and personality from her childhood throughout her life.

I knew the family, lived beside them at Glen Alum WV. Charlotte was a regular at our house for a long time, sorry to her of her death, my sympathy to her husband and brother Jack as well as the rest of the family

I knew Charlotte from birth in Thacker Mines, WV and then in Glen Alum, WV where I worked with her father in the mine offices. She was such a sweet and dear young person. We are so very sorry about Charlotte's passing. We had the privilege of knowing her for over 30 years. Her kindness and smile along with her generosity always impressed us. We will miss her, but she will live in our memory forever, what a great Lady.

I met Charlotte the first day of first grade. We were inseparable for the next 7 years. There was rarely a day we were not together. My family moved away from Glen Alum, and Charlotte and I visited each other until we were in high school. She was a good friend, and the personality and the tremendous smile described by those who knew here later in life were the same things I remember about her when we were children and best friends. She was completely unselfish and one of the kindest people I have ever met. I often thought about her and wondered where she was. It does not surprise me that so many speak of her in loving, caring terms.

She was such a kind, funny, and vibrant woman. I will always remember her beautiful smile and obsession with AFA football! My thoughts are with your family during this difficult time.

The Mueller family was a family every teacher wished to see cross the threshold of her/his Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany classroom. What a joy working with Scott in the third grade and observing his wonderful personality, a tribute to his delightful parents! Charlotte embodied all the characteristics of a loving parent, wise teacher and kind lady. Charlotte dearly loved her family, education and life, giving unselfishly to all. Her smile and laughter drew children and adults into her world. What a fine place to be! We were all blessed by her presence and will continue to be blessed by her memory. Scott, and the entire Mueller family, you will remain in my prayers. Peace be with you always. God Bless and keep you.

My sympathies to the family! My memories of Mrs. Mueller go back about 20 years when Scott was in my second grade classroom at Patch Elementary in Germany! She had a smile on her face, wonderful supportive attitude to help and had a great 7 year old! I remember her taking time to talk with me and giving me ideas on how to adjust to life overseas. Sounds like the giving attitude remained the same. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

It's hard to imagine that 20+ years have passed since Charlotte and Gunther were stationed with us at Patch Barracks in Germany. Scott was a second grader then; I remember him well. Even after all this time, Charlotte's kindness and her zest for life are still embedded in my memories of her. I am sure that her life touched all who knew her.
