Cheri Brown Obituary

I know we are all saddened to see Cheri leave! My father, brother, and me are just rying to stay strong through these hard trying times! i tried to post on here earlier today but it didn't post so now i am attempting again!!! My mother was EVERYTHING to us!!!! She taught me everything that i know and molded me into the woman that i am today! If it wasn't for my mom i am sure i would be dead!! This is one of the last poem's that my mother was able to read of mine. I wrote this for my mother on her 45th birthdat in july... i also ready it at her funeral...

I have tried over and over to write a poem that captures all your beauty, intelligence, knowledge, and everlasting love… but I have yet to succeed!
There are not enough words in the world to describe all that you do for me, as well as the ones around you.
Even when I pushed you away and wouldn’t let you in, you pushed back and helped me find the woman inside of me.
You always made dinner, after you worked a long hard day, with not a whimper or fight; you always managed to always make do.

You have the biggest heart and such a giving soul; you always make sure the ones around you are cared for, and treated like gold.
You’re so full of life and adventure, always willing to learn and try new things, endless journeys through wonderland, only you and me.
I know that for a fact, there is only ONE Cheri Ann Brown in this humongous would, and that God broke the mold.
When I am with you, mom, there is no other place I’d rather be, for you make me happy, complete, confident, and a little crazy.

You and me, me and you, we are so similar, yet completely different, without you… what on earth would I do… where would I be?
I am sure not where I am now, I wouldn’t have grown into a woman, and I might not have grown at all… death is what I always envisioned.
But I AM stronger than that… I came from your seed! You raised me right and your loving parenting held the key.
I know in the end I will end up as well of as you, with a loving husband, family, and friends… all because I’ve listened.

You have never given up, even when times get tough, you push through and fight until you see the light at the end.
I’m always smiling when your name is spoken, or when you are in my thoughts, for I know that no one else has you for their mother.
I am strong, smart, healthy, loving, growing, beautiful, and a mini you, and all this I am just beginning to comprehend.
You are my Mom, beautiful, loving, and strong. You are the light of my life, the flame to my fire, my best friend, and I could never replace you with another!

i love you mama and i know you are watching over me! You will help guide me in the correct direction and keep my heart full of love!

My memories,...I remember that Cheri had a contagious laugh and smile, with a joyful spirit and a big heart. I can still remember all of the dancing that we did while she still lived in Fremont! We had a blast! The last time that I saw Cheri was at Lois' wedding in the '80's in Toledo, Ohio. We both came a very long way to be there and it was still like old times. Cheri loved and cherished her family and friends and we feel the same for her. She will be missed.

My condolences to her beloved family.

I have felt the loss of my aunt cheri and i was real closs to her .there was a lot of my tears to see her leave us so soon i just wish i could say good bye for the last time .i did not get to see my aunt before she past on. i still dream of her and there would be no stoping me from doing .what i do wish if i could of said a few of my last words but i was to late to say good bye. To Cheri's family...I've known Cheri for many years, having been a co-worker of hers for much of the time. I was totally shocked yesterday when another co-worker told me of her passing. I considered her a good friend, and am deeply saddened that she's left us. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I am so sad to hear of this tragedy. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I have many fantastic memories of Cheri from our times in Fremont.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Brochu and Brown families. I wish so much that I could be with you all in Colorado but it isn't possible.

I have so many wonderful memories with Cheri and her family in Ohio. I was honored to stand up with Cheri & Darin at their wedding. I regret that we haven't had the opportunity in our busy lives to visit more.

Every day since I received the call from Amanda, I can't stop thinking about my lifelong friendship with Cheri and thoughts of her family and what you're going through. I am saddened and am going to miss my friend!
