On the afternoon of December 30, 2022, Cheryl Marie Clement, 78, of Colorado Springs, Colorado went home to be with the Lord.
She was born on September 19, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Peter and Elsie Block.
She attended San Bernadino High School in California and graduated in 1962. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in speech and language pathology from California State University, Los Angeles.
Cheryl was a wonderful daughter, a faithful wife, a devoted mother, and a doting grandmother. She loved the Lord and her church. Cheryl was known for her angelic voice. She touched many hearts with her singing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Elsie Block; and her brother, Vance Block.
She is survived by her husband, Augustus T. Clement; daughter, Marie E. (William) Clement-Smith of Colorado Springs, Colorado; son, David J. Clement of Liberty Hills, Texas; and her grandchildren, Augustus V. Smith, and Varick W. Smith.
Memorial Service, 1:30PM, January 10, 2023, First Presbyterian Church, 2019 East Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Gus AND Will and Marie AND David (also to Marie's boys.) Cheryl will always be remembered in our church family in First Presbyterian Church in Biloxi MS. Her family worshipped here for several years and they were faithful in everything they were involved in. God bless you all. I feel Cheryl is at home with the Lord.
