Christopher Schumacher Obituary
From hockey to hiking and skiing Chris had a true passion for not only the Colorado outdoors but for exploring. He was a man full of life with a bright personality and quirky sense of humor. His heart was larger than life and when he wasn't climbing a Colorado 14'er you could find him enjoying a Colorado Avalanche or Denver Broncos game.
Chris is survived by his father, Kevin; mother, Lois; grandmother, Eleanor; sisters Nicole, Melissa, and Taylor; nephews Mason and Jackson; as well as his beloved dog Riley.
His celebration of life service followed by reception will be held on April 1st 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson United Methodist Church 6460 Flying W Ranch Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80919
In lieu of flowers the family asks you to please donate to the El Paso County Search and Rescue in memory of Chris.
