I was sad to hear of Cindy's death. We served together in the ID Bureau of the Colorado Springs Police Department and she was always a concerned and hard working employee. My condolences to her family and to Cyndi Perrin, who served with us. Lowell Green Stewart, ID Tech Ret, now living in Ashland, KY.
