To the Joseph Family,
My heart goes out to you all. Papa Joe was a very loving and caring man. He will always be in our hearts and prayers. My boys just like alot of boys, were in his home and he showed them how it was to be a man of his word and to show them that they are good kids no matter what. He is and always will be very special to me and my family. Thank you papa Joe. We love you and miss you.

I want to offer my condolances to "Pops" family for this sorrowful time. My heart goes out to his family, but especially his "boys". I know this will leave a void in their lives and hearts. I worked with "Pops" and saw how deeply compassionate he was and committed to his work. He truly was about "doing the right thing" - take care through this difficult time, respectfully, Anita Edwards

Dear Claude,
I'm going to miss your friendly face and smile, here at the courthouse. Why do we always lose the good ones...it's not fair! Thank-you for everything you do and have done, for our country and this community.
You will truly be missed......

As I walked out of the courtroom the Thursday before your passing. Yours was the first face I saw. As always you hugged me and ensured me that my son would be o.k. He would be back in your home and as a family we WOULD get through this. My heart broke when I got the call. All I could say was" this couldn't be true". You never showed any signs of weakness only strength. You had that passion for your job, that's rearly seen, unconditional love for the boys in your home. And true concern for the families. I know your calling is in heaven now to be an angle to guide and wathch over the kids you loved so much. I thank God he brought you to help our family. And for that we will forever be indebt. We will continue to follow your lead and be better.
We all love and miss you Mr. Joseph.
Until we meet again.
My heart, love, and prayers go out to the family. Mr. Joseph was like no ohter. He was one of a kind. Our family appriciates him for his commitment.

Leopold S. Senghor , the great Senegalese, poet of the negritude ,stated once" Toute la vie n'est qu'un long voyage vers la mort".
Voltaire, Fench Enlightenment writer, essayist, deist of the 18th century stated in his poem "Adieu":
"We die twice, Bergere:
Cease to live or to die is nothing.
Cease to be loved and being lovable is an unbearable death that no one can support". Claude was loved and greatly appreciated by many of his peers, family members througout his life. He will be remembered, occupied a place in the heart of everyone who has acquainted , known him in the past 47 years for a long time. On that note, Mr & Mrs Jacquelin Jean pierre, Rose Medard & family, Anne Previl & family and I are extending our sincere & heartfelt condolences to the Joseph family and particularly to his children, brothers & sisters, nephews & nieces..etc
Claude, you' ll be greatly missed! BON VOYAGE! SEE YOU LATER.

I knew Claude Joseph from Spring Creek Youth Services. He would always come to pick up the kids who were going to his group home with a big smile on his face. My prayers go out to his family, to comfort them through this time. May God bless You and keep you.

What a tragic loss of such a wonderful human being. Claude was so very special to all of us at the clinic and he will be dearly missed. It was truly an honor to be one of his nurses.
