Warm greetings to Cliff Sink's family.
I first met Cliff on a rainy day in March 1993, and from that moment, we embarked on a professional journey together in executive search until the end of his career. During this time, we traveled together and even went skiing in Vail, where I saw firsthand Cliff's love for the sport. Cliff was a true professional who viewed executive search with the same dedication and seriousness that I did.
One particular memory that stands out is when Cliff would travel with a bag that seemed unusually heavy. Curious, I asked him what he was carrying, and he revealed that it was filled with weights so he could work out in his room. Cliff was committed to staying fit, and it was a reflection of his disciplined nature. He always dressed impeccably, maintaining a professional appearance at all times, which resonated with my own background in the Big 4 CPA firms. I can only imagine his surprise at the shift to today's business casual attire.
Cliff was also a devoted family man. He frequently spoke of his family with great affection and pride, and I fondly recall hosting him and Marilyn at our home in Westwood, MA. The stories he shared highlighted his deep love and commitment to his family.
I will always remember Cliff fondly. I wish all his family the very best during this time of remembrance.

I worked with Cliff for over a dozens years and can confirm he was a great man. One day we skied Mongolia Run the back bowls of Vail Co. Sky was blue and Cliff Skiied off over the edge of the bowl. He floated on 4 ft of powder, then disappeared. Being an ok skier I was hesitate to dive over the edge to help him find his ski but then to my delight Cliff popped up and held his ski in one hand. I can share many more stories but I will leave it at "Cliff was a great man may he RIP."
