Colleen Maloney was born and lived her life in Colorado Springs. She died peacefully at home.
She graduated from a local high school and had various occupations, all which centered around serving and helping others. During her younger years she enjoyed ballet, swimming, hiking, and skiing. Later she advocated for better treatment and services for people with mental illnesses. She also enjoyed going to church, reading scripture, and listening to music.
She is loved and survived by her sisters and their families.
A private memorial is planned.
In her memory, please consider a donation to the Marian House Kitchen in Colorado Springs or another agency that provides food to those in need.

Hugs from Coleen were so special - she had so much love to share. Last I saw her she had asked me to get her a large print Bible so she could share the word of God with others. That is what she lived for - to share the hope of Christ with others. Will miss seeing her but so happy she is in the presence of the Lord she longed to please

Colleen was a sweet lady. I always enjoyed talking with her. Her love of Jesus was tremendous and I loved her tender heart.
