Corrine Mose Obituary

Mose, Mrs. Corrine A., Auburn, Michigan Former Saginaw Resident Beloved mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Age 77 years. The daughter of the late Euclid and Viola (O'Melay) Picard, Corrine was born March 6, 1940 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married LaVerne R. Mose on August 6, 1960. He predeceased her September 24, 2013. She was a past member of St. Mark's Catholic Church in AuGres and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Carrollton where she had sung in both church choirs. Surviving are two sons, one daughter, Greg Mose, Saginaw; Lisa and Brian Gano, Auburn; Gary and Stacey Mose, Port Huron; six grandchildren, Kevin and Eric Mose, Kendall, Garrett, Sydney and Gabe Mose; step-grandchildren, Shawn (Rebekah) Gano, Mark Gano; three step-great-grandchildren, Elise, Olivia and Anna Gano; two sisters, Betty Lou and John Dashner, Saginaw; Joanne Sawatzki, Lansing; many nieces and nephews. Corrine was preceded in death by a sister, Jacqueline Gorski, and by two brothers-in-law, Bruce Gorski and Kenneth Sawatzki. Funeral service will take place 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2017 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty). Carol Hale, Pastoral Administrator of St. Mark Catholic Church in AuGres, will officiate. Honoring Corrine's wishes, cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the AuGres Christian Charities Food Pantry or the Saginaw City Rescue Mission.
